As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of business clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and providing tailored financial solutions to help businesses achieve their goals.   2. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their financial needs and concerns.
  3. Develop and implement tailored financial solutions for clients to help them achieve their business goals.
  4. Build a deep understanding of clients' businesses and industries to effectively advise and support their financial decisions.
  5. Meet and exceed sales goals by identifying new business opportunities and cross-selling additional products and services.
  6. Proactively communicate with clients to keep them updated on market trends, industry changes, and relevant products and services.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams such as credit and risk management to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  8. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and sales activities.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in the market to better serve clients.
  10. Represent PNC Financial Services at industry events and networking opportunities to expand the business's client base.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  13. Continuously seek out opportunities for professional development and stay updated on best practices in business banking.
  14. Act as a mentor and resource for other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to achieve team goals.
  15. Uphold the company's values and promote a positive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field: A Relationship Manager In Business Banking At Pnc Financial Services Requires A Strong Understanding Of Finance And Business Principles. A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Provides The Necessary Foundation For This Role.

  • Previous Experience In Relationship Management Or Business Banking: Pnc Financial Services Typically Requires At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Relationship Management Or Business Banking For Their Relationship Manager Position. This Experience Helps Candidates Understand The Needs Of Clients And How To Effectively Manage Their Accounts.
