- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Develop a deep understanding of the financial needs and goals of each client and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert knowledge and guidance on financial products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to effectively advise clients on financial decisions.
- Conduct financial analysis and review business financials to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Create and maintain client profiles and records to accurately track and monitor client relationships.
- Serve as a point of contact for any client inquiries, concerns, or escalations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
- Participate in networking events and actively seek out new business opportunities.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements in all client interactions and transactions.
- Mentor and train junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team performance.
- Continuously improve and enhance client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services, Including Lending, Cash Management, And Investment Solutions.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Relationship Management Or Business Banking.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Maintaining Relationships With Business Clients.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Rapport And Trust With Clients.
