- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned portfolio.
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals through effective cross-selling and upselling techniques.
- Continuously monitor and analyze clients' financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, underwriting, and operations to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of services to clients.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to anticipate clients' needs and proactively offer solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as referral sources and community organizations.
- Act as an ambassador for the bank, promoting its products and services in a positive and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance, sales activities, and market trends.
- Participate in networking events and conferences to expand professional network and generate new business leads.
- Train and mentor junior relationship managers and support staff.
- Continuously strive to enhance the client experience and exceed their expectations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Teams And External Partners.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Business Banking, Relationship Management, Or Commercial Lending
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services, Including Loans, Cash Management, And Merchant Services
Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Relationships With Business Clients
