- Serve as the primary point of contact for business clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Understand the needs and goals of each client and provide personalized financial solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities and proactively identify ways to expand and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the banking landscape to effectively advise clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's products, services, and policies to effectively communicate and educate clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing any concerns or issues raised by clients.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Continuously monitor and analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and potential risks.
- Represent the bank in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Stay informed of competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions and recommendations.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and adhere to all regulatory and compliance policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with other Relationship Managers and team members to share best practices and drive overall team success.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Business Banking Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Products And Services, Including Lending, Cash Management, And Investment Options.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Goals And Achieving High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction.
