  2. Develop and implement innovative and effective strategies for quantitative analytics and model development.
  3. Utilize data analysis and modeling techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions.
  4. Guide and mentor team members to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantitative analytics and models into business processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Or Finance.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Experience In Quantitative Modeling And Analytics, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Statistical Modeling Techniques And Experience With Data Analysis And Programming Languages Such As Sas, R, Or Python.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Leading Projects, With Experience In Hiring, Training, And Mentoring Staff.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Risk Management, It, And Business Stakeholders.
