- Develop and implement quantitative models and analytics for asset liability management, following industry best practices and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improving financial strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments and stress tests to evaluate the impact of various economic scenarios on the organization's balance sheet.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing models and recommend updates or improvements as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in quantitative analytics and financial modeling.
- Communicate complex quantitative concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to junior team members.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as risk management and finance, to ensure alignment and consistency in the organization's overall strategy.
- Identify and report any potential risks or issues related to models or analytics and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance the organization's analytical capabilities.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to quantitative analytics and model development.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the asset liability management team.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulators, regarding quantitative analytics and modeling practices.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the organization's values and goals in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Advanced Degree In Quantitative Finance Or A Related Field: A Candidate For This Position Should Possess A Graduate Degree, Such As A Master's Or Phd, In A Quantitative Field Such As Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Or Statistics. This Will Provide The Necessary Technical Knowledge And Skills To Effectively Analyze And Model Financial Data.
Extensive Knowledge Of Asset Liability Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Asset Liability Management (Alm) Principles And Practices. This Includes Experience With Balance Sheet Management, Interest Rate Risk Management, And Liquidity Risk Management.
Strong Analytical And Modeling Skills: The Role Of A Quantitative Analytics And Model Consultant Senior - Alm Requires Strong Analytical And Modeling Skills To Evaluate And Develop Complex Financial Models. Candidates Should Have Experience With Statistical And Econometric Modeling Techniques, As Well As Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sas, R, Or Python.
Experience In The Financial Services Industry: Pnc Financial Services Is A Leading Financial Institution, And Candidates For This Position Should Have A Strong Background In The Financial Services Industry. This Includes Experience In Areas Such As Banking, Insurance, Or Asset Management, With A Focus On Risk Management And Financial Modeling.
