- Provide guidance and support to junior process improvement team members.
- Act as a subject matter expert on process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations for future initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Process Improvement, Preferably In A Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Lean Six Sigma Methodologies And Experience Implementing Process Improvement Projects.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Implementing Process Improvement Initiatives That Have Resulted In Increased Efficiency, Cost Savings, And Improved Customer Satisfaction.
