Responsibilities: -Provide financial services to customers including opening and closing accounts, loans, deposits, and other banking products -Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction -Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner -Provide advice and guidance to customers on various banking products and services -Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services -Assist customers with questions and account issues -Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies -Maintain accurate customer records -Process transactions in a timely and efficient manner -Complete financial paperwork accurately and in accordance with banking standards
