1. Provide excellent customer service to clients by greeting and welcoming them to the bank.
2. Build strong relationships with clients and understand their financial needs and goals.
3. Utilize knowledge of banking products and services to advise and guide clients towards the best solutions for their financial needs.
4. Conduct financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, accurately and efficiently.
5. Actively promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet sales goals.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in banking regulations to provide accurate and compliant information to clients.
7. Handle and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
8. Collaborate with other bank departments and team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
9. Maintain a thorough understanding of bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
10. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills.
11. Act as a brand ambassador for the bank, promoting a positive and professional image.
12. Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
13. Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to all privacy and security protocols.
14. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
