- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, conduct analyses, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Participate in process mapping and documentation of current and future state processes.
- Support the tracking and monitoring of key performance indicators to measure the success of operational initiatives.
- Assist in creating training materials and conducting training sessions for employees on new processes and procedures.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to operational excellence.
- Act as a liaison between various departments to promote effective communication and alignment on operational objectives.
