  1. Develop and implement technology risk management strategies and policies for the organization.
  2. Collaborate with business units to identify, assess, and mitigate technology risks.
  3. Lead and guide cross-functional teams in the implementation of risk management practices.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations related to technology risk management.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation and control measures.
  6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to raise awareness and understanding of technology risks.
  7. Monitor and report on technology risk metrics and trends to senior management.
  8. Provide guidance and support to business units in developing and maintaining business continuity plans.
  9. Conduct regular training and awareness programs on technology risk management for employees.
  10. Evaluate and select appropriate risk management tools and technologies.
  11. Collaborate with external auditors and regulators on technology risk assessments and audits.
  12. Lead incident response efforts in the event of a technology security breach.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure compliance with technology risk management standards.
  14. Mentor and coach junior team members in the area of technology risk management.
  15. Continuously assess and improve the organization's technology risk management processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Technology Risk Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Standards, Such As Sox, Glba, And Pci-Dss, And Experience Implementing And Maintaining Compliance Programs.

  • Strong Understanding Of Technology Infrastructure And Systems, Including Networks, Applications, And Data Security.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Guidance To Senior Management On Technology Risk Issues.
