Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Designing And Developing Learning Experiences, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Proficiency In Elearning Authoring Tools, Such As Articulate Storyline Or Adobe Captivate.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Meet Tight Deadlines.
