- Design and implement innovative and engaging learning experiences for employees that align with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand learning needs and develop effective training strategies.
- Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive learning materials, incorporating a variety of media and learning methods.
- Conduct research to identify emerging learning trends and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation in training programs.
- Create and maintain project plans and timelines for the development and delivery of training programs.
- Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and metrics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support the success of learning initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and incorporate them into training design and delivery.
- Communicate effectively with team members, leaders, and employees to promote and support learning initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with other Learning Experience Architects to share ideas and improve the overall learning experience.
- Uphold and promote company culture, values, and standards in all training materials and interactions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on learning and development topics, providing guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or Related Field
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Designing And Developing Corporate Learning Programs
Proficiency In Instructional Design Methodologies And Adult Learning Principles
Experience In Project Management And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
