- Lead and mentor a team of tellers by providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success and development.
- Ensure accuracy in all transactions and adherence to banking regulations and policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their banking needs.
- Oversee the daily operations of the teller team, including cash handling, balancing, and vault management.
- Create and maintain a positive and professional work environment for the teller team.
- Identify and address any customer service or operational issues, and escalate as needed.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all banking products and services in order to effectively assist customers and promote their use.
- Continuously monitor and improve processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within PNC Financial Services to improve overall performance and customer experience.
- Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to the company's values and mission.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Banking Or Financial Services Experience, With At Least 1 Year In A Supervisory Or Lead Role.
Strong Understanding Of Banking Products And Services, Including Deposit And Loan Accounts, Credit Cards, And Digital Banking Platforms.
Excellent Customer Service Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Team Members.
Proficiency In Cash Handling And Balancing, With A High Level Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail.
Demonstrated Leadership Abilities, Including The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, Manage Schedules And Workflow, And Resolve Conflicts.
