  1. Oversee daily operations of the teller line and ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. Train and mentor new tellers, providing guidance and support to ensure they are able to provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Monitor teller performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed to maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy.
  4. Handle complex customer inquiries and issues, providing prompt and effective resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies, including proper handling of cash and sensitive customer information.
  6. Assist with scheduling and staffing of the teller line to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  7. Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures, and work with management to implement changes that will enhance efficiency and customer service.
  8. Act as a role model for the teller team, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to facilitate seamless customer service and problem-solving.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with team members to continuously improve performance.
