- Train and coach teller team members on customer service techniques and banking procedures.
- Monitor and manage the teller team's performance to ensure targets and goals are met.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies.
- Assist with cash management and balancing procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
- Keep thorough and accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
- Act as a role model and leader for the teller team, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of PNC's products and services, and effectively communicate them to customers.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience As A Teller Or In A Related Banking Role.
Proficient Knowledge Of Banking Products And Services, Including Cash Handling, Account Opening, And Customer Service.
Strong Leadership And Supervisory Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Customers And Colleagues.
Familiarity With Regulatory And Compliance Requirements In The Banking Industry.
