Advanced Knowledge Of Decision Management Systems: A Lead Architect At Pnc Financial Services Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge And Experience In Decision Management Systems, Including Rule Engines, Business Process Management, And Predictive Analytics.
Strong Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Software Engineering And Architecture, With Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, And Sql. They Should Also Be Familiar With Cloud Computing, Data Warehousing, And Data Integration.
Project Management Experience: As A Lead Architect, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Complex Decision Management Projects. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management, Including Planning, Budgeting, And Resource Allocation.
