  1. Provide exceptional support to clients and internal teams by responding promptly and accurately to inquiries, issues, and requests related to investment products and operations.
  2. Utilize knowledge of investment products and operations to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  3. Continuously monitor and analyze investment operations processes to identify potential areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product offerings or enhancements to existing products.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to investment operations.
  6. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for colleagues, providing training and support as needed.
  8. Act as a liaison between clients and various internal departments to ensure efficient and effective communication and resolution of issues.
  9. Participate in projects and initiatives to improve processes, systems, and overall client experience.
  10. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and transactions, following company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Investment Operations Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Services, Including Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, And Equities.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Issues.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Sec And Finra Rules.
