  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of global economic trends, trade policies, and market developments to inform and support clients' international trade strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective trade solutions for clients, including managing trade transactions, mitigating risk, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on trade finance products and services, providing guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of international trade regulations, including import/export laws, tariffs, and sanctions, and communicate any changes or updates to relevant parties
  • Support the development and implementation of new trade products and services, including conducting market research, analyzing competitive landscape, and identifying potential opportunities for growth
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing updates on trade transactions, and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and procedures related to international trade services, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • Proactively identify potential risks and issues related to trade activities and escalate to appropriate parties for resolution
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to international trade, and make recommendations for incorporating them into the organization's processes and strategies
  • Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth, including attending trainings, conferences, and networking events, to enhance knowledge and skills related to international trade.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In International Business, Finance, Economics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In International Trade Services, Preferably In A Financial Institution.

  • Strong Understanding Of International Trade Regulations, Policies, And Procedures.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Informed Decisions.

  • Fluency In A Foreign Language, Such As Mandarin, Spanish, Or French, Is Highly Desirable.
