  1. Develop and implement strategies for integrating AI and Intelligent Automation into our business operations.
  2. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI and Intelligent Automation and assess their potential impact on our organization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for utilizing AI and Intelligent Automation to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  4. Lead the design and implementation of AI and Intelligent Automation projects, ensuring they align with company objectives and adhere to best practices.
  5. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas within our organization that could benefit from AI and Intelligent Automation.
  6. Evaluate and select vendors and technologies for AI and Intelligent Automation solutions, negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
  7. Train and educate employees on AI and Intelligent Automation tools and processes, promoting adoption and integration into daily operations.
  8. Monitor and track the performance of AI and Intelligent Automation initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  9. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies related to AI and Intelligent Automation, making recommendations for adjustments to our approach as needed.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for AI and Intelligent Automation within the organization, promoting its benefits and potential for growth.

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced Knowledge And Experience In Ai And Intelligent Automation Technologies, With A Strong Understanding Of Their Applications And Potential Impact On The Banking And Financial Services Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Ai And Intelligent Automation Initiatives, With A Focus On Driving Innovation And Efficiency Within A Large Organization.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Results In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Business, With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Ai And Intelligent Automation. Relevant Certifications Or Additional Qualifications In This Field Would Be A Plus.
