Human Resources Undergraduate Intern

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with employee onboarding, training, and development processes.
2. Assist with recruitment and selection duties, including job postings, screening applications, and interviewing candidates.
3. Maintain accurate employee records and data.
4. Develop and implement Human Resources policies and procedures.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and stakeholders.
6. Assist with the planning and execution of Human Resources initiatives and projects.
7. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team.
8. Research and analyze current trends and best practices in the Human Resources field.
9. Prepare reports and other documentation related to Human Resources activities.
10. Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
