
Fraud - Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Analyst
PNC Financial Services is seeking an experienced and talented Fraud - Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Analyst. The successful candidate will be an analytical thinker and problem-solver who can develop strategies to minimize fraud losses. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background with advanced data analysis and model building skills. We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, has a passion for developing strategies and solutions, and is excited about working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.The ideal candidate for this role should have a degree in economics, finance, mathematics, or a related field and at least three years of experience in financial analytics or a financial services-related field. Candidates should have a demonstrated ability to work with and analyze large data sets, develop and implement models, and use a variety of software tools to analyze data. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team are essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to minimize fraud losses.
- Analyze and interpret large data sets to uncover trends and insights.
- Utilize software tools to analyze data, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, and R.
- Develop models to identify and quantify potential fraud risks.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and models.
- Provide guidance and training to other team members.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
