Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Call Center Environment, With At Least 1-2 Years Specifically In Escalations Or Complaint Resolution.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively De-Escalate And Resolve Complex Customer Issues.
Strong Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Informed Decisions To Resolve Customer Complaints.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Performance Goals, Including Customer Satisfaction Metrics And Call Handle Times.
Strong Knowledge Of Banking Products And Services, As Well As Regulatory Requirements, To Effectively Handle And Resolve Escalated Customer Issues.
