As an eDiscovery Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the discovery process for legal matters, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the collection, preservation, and production of electronically stored information.   1. Manage the entire eDiscovery process for all legal matters, from initial preservation and collection to final production of electronically stored information.
  2. Develop and maintain efficient and accurate processes for collecting, preserving, and producing electronically stored information.
  3. Collaborate with legal teams to understand the scope of each matter and provide recommendations for the most appropriate eDiscovery approach.
  4. Utilize advanced eDiscovery tools and technologies to streamline and improve the discovery process.
  5. Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of all eDiscovery materials.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in eDiscovery technology.
  7. Advise and train legal teams on best practices for eDiscovery and assist with any technical issues that may arise.
  8. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines.
  9. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including legal teams, IT professionals, and external vendors.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to eDiscovery.
  11. Assist with developing and maintaining policies and procedures for eDiscovery.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve eDiscovery processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  13. Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations related to eDiscovery and appropriately adjust processes and procedures.
  14. Collaborate with external vendors and manage relationships to ensure timely and accurate completion of eDiscovery tasks.
  15. Document and maintain detailed records of all eDiscovery activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Ediscovery, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Ediscovery Tools And Technologies, Such As Relativity, Nuix, And Brainspace.

  • Familiarity With Legal And Regulatory Requirements Related To Ediscovery, Including The Federal Rules Of Civil Procedure And Gdpr.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Manage Complex Data Sets And Identify Key Information For Legal Matters.
