  1. Develop and execute strategic plans for digital product management, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of digital product managers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the successful delivery of products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology, and design, to identify customer needs and develop innovative digital solutions.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitor offerings, and use this information to inform product strategy.
  5. Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact.
  6. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and effectiveness of digital products.
  7. Manage the product life cycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch maintenance, ensuring products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  8. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership, and gather feedback to inform future product development.
  9. Stay up-to-date with advancements in digital technology and industry best practices, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in product offerings.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support product development and delivery.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting growth and development opportunities for team members.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to product development, privacy, and security.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Digital Or Technology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Launching Digital Products And Services.

  • Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Make Informed Decisions.

  • Excellent Project Management And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
