  1. Develop and execute strategic plans for the digital product management group that align with the overall goals and objectives of PNC Financial Services.
  2. Lead and inspire a team of digital product managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their individual and team goals.
  3. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the digital product management group.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology, and finance, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product enhancements.
  5. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for new digital products or improvements to existing products.
  6. Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  7. Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings and drive customer satisfaction.
  8. Work closely with sales teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and sales strategies.
  9. Develop and manage product budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting revenue.
  10. Represent the digital product management group and communicate updates and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  11. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  12. Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for growth and development.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline product development and management.
  14. Stay informed about competitor products and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the customer experience to drive customer retention and loyalty.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Digital Space.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing High-Performing Teams.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Digital Product Development Processes And Methodologies, Including Agile And Design Thinking.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
