  1. Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify patterns and trends related to fraudulent activities.
  2. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to prevent and detect fraudulent behavior.
  3. Utilize machine learning algorithms and statistical models to improve fraud detection capabilities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources.
  5. Utilize data visualization techniques to present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  6. Continuously monitor and evaluate fraud prevention strategies and make necessary adjustments.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in fraud detection technology.
  8. Conduct research and analyze data to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
  9. Communicate complex data analysis and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  10. Adhere to data privacy and security protocols to ensure the protection of sensitive information.
  11. Work independently and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and law enforcement agencies to identify and mitigate fraudulent activities.
  13. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously enhance skills and knowledge in fraud detection and prevention.
  14. Maintain accurate and detailed records of data analysis and fraud prevention activities.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills: A Data Scientist In An Enterprise Fraud Organization At Pnc Financial Services Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Data Analysis Techniques And Tools, As Well As The Ability To Apply Them To Detect And Prevent Fraud.

  • Knowledge Of Fraud Detection And Prevention: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Fraud Detection And Prevention Strategies, Including Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Proficiency In Data Mining And Machine Learning: As A Data Scientist, The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Data Mining Techniques And Have Experience In Developing Machine Learning Models To Identify Potential Fraudulent Activities.

  • Programming Skills: The Candidate Should Have Strong Programming Skills In Languages Such As Python, R, And Sql, As Well As Experience With Data Manipulation And Visualization Tools Like Tableau And Power Bi.
