Job Description

PNC Financial Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Program Specialist Senior to join our Asset Management Group (AMG) team. As a member of our dynamic and fast-paced organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in compliance and a passion for promoting a culture of integrity and ethical conduct.   1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program for the Asset Management Group, in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  2. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify potential compliance risks and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and teams within the organization to implement and monitor compliance measures.
  4. Stay current on regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure the compliance program remains up-to-date and effective.
  5. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compliance matters, including training and education.
  6. Monitor and track compliance issues, and develop and implement corrective action plans as needed.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance-related topics, providing advice and guidance to management and staff.
  8. Conduct investigations and respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies as needed.
  9. Prepare and submit reports on compliance activities to senior management and regulatory bodies.
  10. Foster a culture of integrity and ethical conduct throughout the organization through effective communication and training.
  11. Collaborate with external auditors and regulators to facilitate compliance reviews and audits.
  12. Continuously assess and improve the compliance program to ensure it meets industry standards and best practices.
  13. Serve as a resource for compliance-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.
  14. Keep accurate and organized records of compliance activities and ensure all documentation is maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compliance Or Risk Management In The Asset Management Industry

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Best Practices In The Asset Management Industry, Including Sec, Finra, And State Regulations

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Compliance Risks

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management And Regulators.
