  1. Oversee the daily operations of the commercial loan department for our agency clients.
  2. Lead and manage a team of loan operations professionals to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan transactions.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of loan operations.
  4. Monitor and maintain loan processing systems to ensure they are up-to-date and functioning properly.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and communication.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on commercial loan operations and keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
  8. Prepare and present reports to upper management on loan operations performance and areas for improvement.
  9. Train and mentor new employees on loan processing procedures and systems.
  10. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  11. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and mitigate risk.
  13. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation and records.
  14. Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their financial goals.
  15. Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external auditors.
  16. Stay current on industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  17. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
  18. Set performance goals and conduct performance evaluations for team members.
  19. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
  20. Represent the company in a professional manner at industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Loan Operations Management.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Commercial Lending Products, Processes, And Regulations, With A Focus On Agency Loans.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop Staff To Achieve Department Goals.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements To Increase Efficiency And Reduce Risk.
