PNC Financial Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Commercial Loan Operations Manager - Agency. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial loan portfolio and work closely with our agency partners to ensure efficient and accurate loan servicing.   1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the commercial loan portfolio, including monitoring and managing loan accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, and addressing any issues or discrepancies.
  2. Collaborate with agency partners to ensure efficient and accurate loan servicing, including timely processing of loan payments, disbursement of funds, and maintenance of loan documentation.
  3. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline loan operations and improve efficiency.
  4. Monitor and analyze loan data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations for process enhancements.
  5. Train and mentor loan operations staff to ensure a high level of performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes related to commercial banking and loan operations, and make recommendations for adjustments to policies and procedures as needed.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, agency partners, and senior management, to provide updates on loan operations and address any concerns or issues.
  8. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and risk management, to ensure effective communication and a smooth loan process.
  10. Monitor and manage budget and expenses related to loan operations, and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to loan operations staff, identifying areas for improvement and creating development plans.
  12. Act as a point of contact for escalations and resolutions of complex loan transactions and issues.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to loan operations.
  14. Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting collaboration, open communication, and a strong work ethic.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Loan Operations, Preferably At A Financial Institution

  • Strong Understanding Of Loan Servicing And Documentation Processes, Including Knowledge Of Agency Guidelines And Regulations

  • Excellent Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience Managing A Team And Overseeing Multiple Projects Simultaneously

  • Proficient In Relevant Software And Systems, Such As Loan Servicing Platforms And Microsoft Office Suite.
