- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly addressing inquiries and issues.
- Develop a deep understanding of PNC's products and services to effectively assist clients in finding the best solutions for their financial needs.
- Actively listen to clients' needs and concerns and proactively offer relevant solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in PNC's products and services to provide clients with the most relevant and accurate information.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records and update relevant systems with client information and interactions.

- Stay compliant with all regulatory and company policies and procedures related to client interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to the role.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer clients to appropriate departments or specialists.
- Communicate with clients through various channels including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Represent PNC's brand and values in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Customer Service Roles, Preferably In The Financial Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Products And Services, Including Banking, Lending, And Investments.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Clients.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Customer-Focused Approach To Problem-Solving And Solution Development.
