- Develop and implement business continuity plans to ensure the continuity of business operations in the event of a disruption.
- Collaborate with various teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions to minimize potential impacts.
- Monitor and review existing business continuity plans to ensure they are up to date and effective.
- Coordinate and conduct regular testing and drills to assess the readiness and effectiveness of business continuity plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for business continuity efforts.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in business continuity planning and incorporate them into the organization's strategies.
- Create and maintain documentation of business continuity plans and procedures for easy reference and training.
- Train and educate employees on business continuity procedures and their role in ensuring the organization's resilience.
- Serve as a point of contact for all business continuity related inquiries and provide guidance and support to teams during disruptions.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify potential areas for improvement in business continuity planning and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure the implementation of disaster recovery solutions and contingency plans.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure their business continuity plans align with the organization's.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to support business continuity efforts.
- Communicate with senior management and other stakeholders on the status of business continuity plans and any potential risks or disruptions.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Certification In Business Continuity Planning, Such As Cbcp Or Mbci.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Continuity Planning And Management.
Strong Understanding Of Risk Management Principles And Regulatory Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
