Responsibilities:

5. Manage daily operations of the branch, including budgeting, staffing, and administrative tasks.
6. Train and mentor staff to ensure they are up-to-date on banking regulations and procedures.
7. Analyze customer feedback and use it to improve customer service and increase customer satisfaction.
8. Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and meet goals.
9. Utilize banking software to manage accounts, track expenses, and monitor customer activity.
10. Monitor financial performance of the branch and take corrective action when needed.
