Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial records in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the accounting department
• Assist with audits and other special projects as needed
• Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and industry best practices
