  1. Develop and implement information security strategies and policies to protect sensitive data and systems.
  2. Collaborate with the Chief Information Security Officer to establish and maintain a comprehensive security program.
  3. Monitor and assess potential security threats and vulnerabilities, and develop plans to mitigate risks.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to information security.
  5. Work closely with various departments to identify and address security gaps and develop solutions.
  6. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to ensure the effectiveness of security measures.
  7. Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs for staff to promote a culture of security.
  8. Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the organization's security posture.
  9. Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure the security of third-party systems and data.
  10. Lead incident response efforts and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve security incidents.
  11. Manage and oversee the organization's security budget and resources.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor to senior leadership on all matters related to information security.
  13. Motivate and mentor team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
  14. Represent the organization in industry events and forums to stay informed and share knowledge on information security.
  15. Adhere to ethical and legal standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Information Security, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Information Security Frameworks, Such As Iso 27001, Nist, And Hipaa.

  • Strong Understanding Of Risk Management, Compliance, And Regulatory Requirements Related To Sensitive Healthcare Information.

  • Experience With Developing And Implementing Information Security Policies, Procedures, And Controls In A Complex Organization.
