Specialist, HRSS Data Reporting and Analytics
In this role we are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who has a passion for telling compelling stories about people and workforce trends using the power of data and analytics. Lead the full lifecycle of HRSS-related analytics, including conceptual framing/design, development, testing, documentation, dissemination, and maintenance/ troubleshooting of analyses, reports, and data visualizations. Analyze data to discern trends and provide recommendations to drive decision-making. Draft and deliver reports/presentations to the Planned Parenthood Human Resources department. Support ad-hoc data requests from our HR Business Partners and colleagues in the broader Human Resources team. Engage in compensation analysis and job pricing for new and existing roles. Identify potential solutions for automation and reporting of compensation-related processes and information.
3+ years of experience in data or business analyst or business intelligence roles, preferably in Human Resources
High familiarity with HR metrics and KPI development including sourcing and maintaining external organizational benchmarks
Significant experience working with software tools to document and communicate ideas (Slides, Lucidchart, Google Docs)
Familiarity with configuration of API calls to retrieve data from cloud services preferred
A keen sense for discretion and sensitivity working with PII and compensation data
