The Spanish Innovation Lead will embed and partner with program teams to guide cross-functional teams to solve tough problems using innovation frameworks, and will conduct and advise rapid prototyping and research—in order to optimize performance and impact against our strategic goals. Through short-term, deep engagements, lead teams—typically program teams or cross-functional teams working toward a common strategy—through innovation framework processes. Draw on the best framework for each given scenario, teaching the framework to participants who may not have used it before. During an innovation process, guide the program team toward a shared goal and strategy, including decisions about trade-offs. Support the team to overcome obstacles during the process, including escalating questions or needs as appropriate.
5-8 years professional experience with innovation, whether formal or informal—such as experience leading a prototype or pilot initiative.
2-3 years experience working in health care, sex ed, progressive politics and advocacy
2-3 years working directly with communities on social impact programs, either professionally or on a volunteer basis.
