  1. Oversee and lead enterprise-wide system implementations and enhancements for Planned Parenthood.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system needs and develop solutions that align with organizational goals.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for system implementations.
  4. Serve as the subject matter expert for enterprise systems, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
  5. Ensure all systems are properly integrated and functioning effectively to support organizational operations.
  6. Conduct regular audits and assessments of enterprise systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

  14. Serve as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Systems Management, Including Configuration, Integration, And Maintenance.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Enterprise-Level Software And Hardware Systems, Such As Erp, Crm, And Scm.

  • Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Technical Issues And Provide Innovative Solutions.
