Manages the project cycle for onboarding each new CFP affiliate partner into the Gift Planning program by working with various Gift Planning team members to track the tasks needed for successful onboarding. Ensures project cycles integrate with the workflow of other national and affiliate teams. Cultivates and strengthens relationships with existing CFP partners after the on-boarding period. Fields and routes general questions from CFP partners for the Gift Planning team until direct relationships are formalized between team members. Creates and maintains how-to documentation for CFP coding and best practices. Creates and adds resources to the CFP Team Site on the Intranet. Attends a variety of educational activities to increase knowledge of gift planning, donor databases, and marketing. Builds additional personal expertise in marketing gift planning to donor audiences and effective stewardship.
