National Director, Impact & Strategy

Our team at Planned Parenthood is looking for a passionate and mission-driven National Director, Impact & Strategy to join us in our mission to ensure access to sexual and reproductive health care and rights. This individual will be responsible for advancing our impact at a national level, supporting the development and execution of a national strategy, and driving collaboration with Planned Parenthood affiliates. The ideal candidate will have a combination of experience in strategy development, management, and partnership building, as well as a deep commitment to advancing sexual and reproductive health and rights for all people. They will be a strategic thinker and excellent communicator, who is comfortable navigating complex organizational structures. This role requires someone with a strong commitment to equity and inclusion, who is able to leverage data to inform decision-making and develop actionable insights. We are looking for a creative problem-solver who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and who is excited to join a team of mission-driven professionals. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field• 8 years of experience in strategy development, management, and partnership building• Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion• Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making• Experience navigating complex organizational structures• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
