Job Description

Responsible for the daily management of the president's social media channels, including Twitter and Instagram. This includes content development and posting, comment moderation and community management. Support and partner with our C4 social media manager on developing and implementing content strategy and management of our other C4 social media properties. Develop engaging content to grow the President accounts followers on social media. Monitor online conversations and actively participate in them to build brand visibility and thought leadership. Assist in developing campaign memos for distribution across the federation. Develop and manage paid message testing on relevant social channels. Proactively escalate issues, observations, opportunities, and insights to the digital team.

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of substantive digital and social media experience.

  • Experience directly managing various social media handles: building and developing audiences

  • Experience with developing metrics reports.

  • Knowledge of social media listening, social media management, and analytics tools.

  • Experience with online advocacy and political campaigns, especially rapid response
