Manager, Employee Engagement Learning Solutions

The Manager of Employee Engagement will report directly to the National Director, Employee Engagement. Lead all aspects of designated Employee Engagement Learning Solutions across the federation (i.e., including needs assessment, design/development, implementation evaluation, and training of trainers). Provide support to projects led by National Director Employee Engagement. Utilize the employee survey to identify key findings that inform the Employee Engagement Team Work Plan. Builds and maintains relationships with affiliate partners, national office staff, and other stakeholders at various organizational levels to increase engagement in programming and support professional development. Supports work units on Employee Engagement Improvement Plan efforts (collaborates with PPX Team, PPFA-HR, and affiliates).
