
Director, People & Culture Business Partner

- Develop and implement people and culture strategies to support the mission of Planned Parenthood.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the organization, working closely with leaders and employees to create an engaged and high-performing workforce.
- Drive positive change within the organization and the communities we serve through a deep understanding of HR best practices and a commitment to social justice.
- Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees on all HR-related matters, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, support, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement organization-wide initiatives and programs that support a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Conduct regular assessments and analysis of the organization's HR practices and make recommendations for improvement.
- Foster a culture of equity and diversity within the organization through training, education, and inclusive practices.
- Maintain and promote confidentiality and sensitivity in all HR-related matters.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and apply them to continually improve the organization's HR practices.
- Represent the organization at external events and conferences related to HR and social justice.
- Develop and manage the HR budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with other departments and stakeholders within the organization.
- Act as a role model for the organization's values and promote a culture of respect, inclusivity, and professionalism.
Extensive Human Resources Experience: A Successful Candidate For The Director, People & Culture Business Partner Position At Planned Parenthood Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience Working In Human Resources, With A Focus On Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Organizational Development.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws: This Role Requires A Thorough Understanding Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Particularly Those Related To Labor Relations, Equal Employment Opportunity, And Diversity And Inclusion.
