
Director of Communications, Federation Engagement
Assess the current state of communication to and with affiliate partners, including feedback from the annual national office performance assessment. Create a plan for increased coordination and standardization across how national office staff work and communicate with affiliates and affiliate board leaders (including a tiering system to categorize urgency of the communication and scenario planning for crisis communication drills with affiliates). Integrate standardized internal communication practices into training for both new and existing National Office staff. Maintain a sub-listserv for ‘second-in-command’ to the Affiliate CEO for time sensitive notes/emails. Draft or edit FEI Intranet content, newsletters, updates, and other material to ensure that they reflect FEI strategies and to ensure that they are consistent.
At least 5-7 years of directly-related experience.
