Director, Donor Services & Research

Planned Parenthood is seeking an experienced Director of Donor Services & Research to lead its efforts in cultivating, stewarding, and deepening relationships with its donors. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with superior interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to the mission and values of Planned Parenthood.The Director of Donor Services & Research will be responsible for the development and execution of donor strategies and activities to ensure that Planned Parenthood meets its fundraising goals and objectives. This position requires a person of great integrity and discretion, as the Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, including but not limited to research, data analysis, donor relations, and fundraising.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, fundraising, or a related discipline; a minimum of five years of experience in a donor relations role with a nonprofit organization; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. In addition, the successful candidate should be passionate about donor stewardship, enthusiastic about the mission of Planned Parenthood, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
