Digital Analytics Specialist
The Digital Content and Campaigns team connects people with the online information, tools, and services they need to realize their fullest potential for themselves, their families and their communities so that together, we can educate, mobilize, and fight for a more equitable and just world. Monitor social and digital analytics data and tools to inform and optimize content performance, engagement tactics and record our digital impact. Deliver and report our brand's social insights to internal teams regularly as requested to showcase the breadth of our work, draw correlations, and identify trends between social metrics and organization goals. Act as a storyteller, translating and presenting complex analytical work into easy-to-understand analysis and recommendations across the organization. Provide real-time monitoring and support to the organization during rapid response moments. Manage digital tool vendors to ensure the detailed execution of our contracts.
3-5 years of related experience
Responsive and efficient; ability to organize and manage multiple projects adhering to strict timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle multiple "priority" projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines.
Knowledge of online publishing and the use of digital technologies for communication, education, and advocacy
