  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for academic programs and initiatives to support the overall mission and vision of the institution.
  2. Coordinate and facilitate the assessment and evaluation of academic programs and their effectiveness in meeting student learning outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with faculty and academic departments to identify and prioritize goals and objectives for continuous improvement.
  4. Provide leadership and guidance in curriculum development, review, and revision processes.
  5. Monitor and analyze data related to student achievement and retention to inform decision-making and improvement efforts.
  6. Work closely with institutional research and other departments to collect and analyze data for reporting and accreditation purposes.
  7. Serve as a liaison between academic departments and other administrative units to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance academic programs and resources.
  9. Foster a culture of innovation and excellence in teaching and learning through professional development opportunities and support for faculty.
  10. Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes to ensure alignment of academic goals and resources.
  11. Stay current on trends and best practices in higher education, particularly related to academic planning and institutional effectiveness.
  12. Represent the institution at conferences, meetings, and other events related to academic planning and institutional effectiveness.
  13. Manage and supervise staff responsible for academic planning and institutional effectiveness initiatives.
  14. Collaborate with the Office of Admissions to ensure alignment between academic programs and recruitment efforts.
  15. Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in all aspects of academic planning and institutional effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Higher Education Administration, With A Focus On Academic Planning And Institutional Effectiveness.

  • A Strong Understanding Of Accreditation Standards And Processes, And Experience With Coordinating And Managing Accreditation Efforts.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Institutional Strategic Plans, Including Data Analysis And Assessment Of Outcomes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Faculty, Staff, And External Stakeholders.

  • A Graduate Degree In A Related Field, Such As Higher Education Administration, Educational Leadership, Or Institutional Research.
