High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Package Handler Lead At Pitney Bowes Must Have At Least A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education Level To Be Considered For The Job.
Prior Package Handling Experience: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Package Handling Environment, Preferably In A Lead Or Supervisory Role.
Strong Leadership Skills: This Position Requires The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Package Handlers To Meet Daily Productivity Goals And Ensure Efficient Operations.
Excellent Communication Skills: A Package Handler Lead Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Team Members And Management, As Well As Interact With Customers And Other Departments Within The Company.
