  1. Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely and efficiently to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  2. Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of products and materials.
  3. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  4. Prepare and pack products for shipping, ensuring they are properly labeled and packaged to prevent damage.
  5. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and maintain smooth workflow.
  6. Utilize warehouse management systems and software to track inventory levels and manage orders.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to promote a safe working environment for all employees.
  9. Identify and report any quality or inventory discrepancies to management.
  10. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  13. Cross-train in various warehouse functions to support the team as needed.
  14. Participate in regular meetings and trainings to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products.
  15. Commit to upholding the company's mission and values in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Warehouse Operations: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Warehouse Environment, With Knowledge Of Warehouse Processes And Procedures.

  • Forklift Certification: A Valid Forklift Certification Is Required For This Role, As The Warehouse Operator Will Be Responsible For Operating Forklifts To Move And Store Inventory.

  • Attention To Detail: Warehouse Operations Require A High Level Of Attention To Detail In Order To Accurately Receive, Store, And Ship Products. Candidates Should Have A Track Record Of Being Detail-Oriented In Their Previous Roles.

  • Physical Fitness: This Role May Involve Heavy Lifting And Long Periods Of Standing And Walking. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Meet The Physical Demands Of The Job.

  • Team Player: As A Warehouse Operator, The Candidate Will Work Closely With Other Team Members To Ensure The Smooth And Efficient Operation Of The Warehouse. The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment And Communicate Effectively Is Essential For This Role.
