  1. Develop, implement, and maintain trade compliance policies and procedures for the organization.
  2. Ensure that the company's global operations are in full compliance with relevant trade laws and regulations.
  3. Monitor changes in trade regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly.
  4. Provide guidance and training to cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to trade compliance standards.
  5. Review and assess the company's import and export activities to identify potential compliance risks.
  6. Collaborate with internal departments to address any trade compliance issues and develop solutions.
  7. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as customs officials and trade regulators.
  8. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with trade laws and regulations.
  9. Keep abreast of developments in global trade policies and communicate potential impact to the organization.
  10. Develop and maintain a trade compliance database to track and report on trade activities and compliance efforts.
  11. Communicate and escalate any potential compliance issues to senior management.
  12. Represent the company in trade compliance matters with government agencies and international partners.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with external trade compliance consultants and legal advisors.
  14. Prepare and submit necessary documentation and filings to ensure compliance with trade regulations.
  15. Conduct regular trainings and workshops for employees to promote awareness and understanding of trade compliance regulations and procedures.
  16. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and recommend improvements to the trade compliance program.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Trade Compliance, Preferably In A Multinational Company.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Global Trade Regulations, Including Export Controls, Customs, And Trade Agreements.

  • Experience In Managing And Implementing Trade Compliance Programs, Policies, And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
